Your data is stored in Canada (in Supabase's Montreal region), encrypted in transit and at rest, with automated daily backups. Handling is PIPEDA-aware and each organization's data is isolated.
Do you have mobile apps?
BuildersBridge is a mobile-first web app that works in any browser on phone, tablet and desktop — no app-store download required. Crews can submit daily logs (including voice-to-text), upload photos, and mark tasks complete right from the field.
Is sales tax added to the subscription?
Prices show in CAD for Canadian businesses and USD for US businesses. Stripe shows the exact total — including any tax we are required to collect — on the checkout screen before you confirm, and it appears on your receipt. Note this is tax on your BuildersBridge subscription; the GST/HST/PST and state sales tax the platform calculates on your own estimates and invoices is a separate feature.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes — choose yearly billing and save 30% on every plan versus paying monthly. Yearly billing also locks your price for 12 months.
